Privacy Policy

InkOps Inc. (“InkOps,” “we,” “us”) provides AI-powered print shop management software. This policy covers the marketing website at www.inkops.ai. Use of the InkOps application itself is governed by the agreement you enter when you become a customer.

• Demo scheduling. When you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Calendly. We receive the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and anything you share about your shop. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected via cookies and similar identifiers. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

We use this information to respond to demo requests and other inquiries, operate and improve the website, and understand which of our marketing works. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@inkops.ai and we’ll respond promptly.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be called out clearly.
